This is great Tallahassee family business. They just removed 2 trees and stumps on time and on budget. The crew was very professional and courteous. I am pretty sure my yard was cleaner when they left than when they arrived! This kind of service is very hard to come by these days. Highly recommend.

I live on a little over 10 acres of property and had numerous dead and dying trees that needed removal. I collected about five estimates before making my decision. These folks are very professional. They respond quickly to both telephone calls, text messages, and emails. When they submitted their estimate, they also provided me proof of insurance--a big plus for me. The job was done efficiently and I couldn't even tell they had been on the property after completion. I give them my highest recommendation.

This company was recommended by a friend and they do quite a lot of work in our neighborhood. Contacted them for an estimate and they were very reasonable. We thought it would be much more expensive. Showed up when they said they would, were extremely polite and they knew what they were doing. Job was completed on time and all debris removed the same day. Can't say enough about this tree service. Highly recommend them.

Highly recommend. I had tree & stump removed. Certified arborist came within 1 day of call. Estimate very reasonable (plus arborist provided evaluation of neighboring trees). Tree cutting, stump grinding, debris removal took place within a week. Very smooth operation. Workers though busy were all polite and answered my questions. Office remained in tough with me throughout project and made sure I was satisfied. Couldn't ask for better service!

Aug. 2021:I wish Google would let me review twice! So I marked my two years ago vs today here so people can see. I just wanted to say, yet again, how great these people are. Tyler and crew came out today to get two neighbor's trees out of my orange tree and trim it all up. Super friendly and the job is amazing. They also cleaned up other branches and debris in my yard that wasn't even from them! He said no big deal and they might as well bc their truck is coming to pick up the pile anyways. So nice! I will never use another company for any tree needs.2 years ago:I just wanted to say a kind word for Arbor Pros Expert Tree Co. if any of you need any tree removal and work done. From the estimate to debris pickup, this company has been amazing. Everything written clearly, proof of insurance without me even asking, the kindest office workers who answered the phone, super fast team (3 huge trees in under 3 hours), and a very nice job cleaning all the debris off the yard and road everywhere! They blew our roof clean too, when 80% of that stuff wasn't even from them, and the office sent a coloring book with the crew, for my kiddo. Not to mention they were the cheapest of 3 quotes I did. Just amazing customer service!

We had a large tree come down in our yard on Sunday night. We called Arbor Pros on Monday morning. By 2 p.m. we had a quote and responded that we accepted. By the time I left for work on Tuesday morning a professional with Arbor Pros was there already at work. By 3 p.m. the tree, branches, leaves, and the stump were gone. The responsiveness was incredible. The service was professional with everything cleaned up. The pricing was reasonable. I will use them again!

Arbor Pros Expert Tree Company did an Excellent job of removing a tree that leaned over our house. They used a bucket truck and a crane. They left my yard in perfect condition! This company is a turn key operation. They removed every bit of debris, spread out the stump grindings and used a blower to leave the grass in perfect condition. Oh and all this was done for an extremely reasonable price! I recommend this company as 5 stars or A+++. They are the BEST of the BEST!

Removed a large pine tree and trimmed back some scrub oaks for me. The tree posed a tough cut as it was up against a power line and next to the telephone pole. It was no problem for Arbor pro's with an emphasis on "pro's".The Arbor team moved in and assessed the situation, then developed their plan and executed it flawlessly! Great Job and great Crew!

We recently used this company and the experience was great! They were called on short notice, nearing the end of the business day. They reacted quickly and efficiently and sent someone over to access the situation within the hour. Additionally, the service providers were here soon after to affect the situation. The tree was broken down and removed expeditiously. They also removed the outstanding debris covering and surrounding the affected area. The representatives were attentive to detail and very courteous while being productive. I would highly recommend Arbor Pros and their team for any tree-related service.

What an exceptional company~ from the initial inspection and estimate to the final work and cleanup!! Trees cut down, vines cleaned out, live oak trimmed out, stumps ground, large fallen trees removed. This was a great tree removal experience. We’ve used at least 5 other tree removal companies in the 30 years we’ve lived here on our acre of land. This time we had 4 massive pine trees removed. Everything from start to finish was professional including sending us a copy of the company insurance without my requesting it upon getting our original quote.The stump grinding and log removal was all done in the same day. The focused and friendly crew were lead by the experienced David Smith. I highly recommend this company for tree services!

I had an exceptional experience with Arbor Pros tree company! We had several jobs that needed to be resolved prior to our backyard wedding, and Arbor Pros went above and beyond with their service! We originally quoted to have a tree cleaned up and pruned, but we saw that it was beginning to rot at the base and they were able to cull a potential threat, brought it down, hauled it off, and cleaned up after at no additional charge. 10/10 will call them again for any of my tree needs!

Exceptional Service from the time we met with the Owner for our quote until they completed the tree removal process. All employees were very professional and friendly. They left our yard in much better shape and way cleaner than they found it. Not even a leaf left on the Patio! They were on time and completed the work quickly. We had 4 trees removed and some clean up of branches as well. I can't recommend Arbor Pros enough! This is the company you need for all your tree needs! Will most definitely ONLY use them in the future.

Needed to have two trees removed. Arborpros came to give a quote and found a couple more trees that they recommended that we have removed also. Tommy was very professional and knowledgeable. They were not the cheapest but we went with them because of Tommy. Office called to schedule the removal. Again very nice and professional. Was contacted the day before to confirm. Called again morning of to tell they would arrive at 8. Showed up right on time. All workers were very nice and polite. Worked very quickly and efficiently. All 4 trees were removed by noon. Everything was cleaned up and no trash was left. I can highly recommend this company.

Arbor Pros did an incredible job taking down five dying trees on my property! I got four quotes from other tree services in Tallahassee, and Arbor Pros offered the best quote. They were fast, efficient and thorough, and did a great job cleaning up the debris in my yard! I hired Arbor Pros to remove two dead pines in my yard. The crew showed up on time, introduced themselves, and proceeded to work like a well-oiled machine. They were courteous, professional, and kept me entertained by not only explaining each step to me, but also from watching the crew members interacting. They were like family, and that was good to see.I highly recommend them. Everyone I dealt with, from the crew to the office staff, were friendly, knowledgable, and engaging. It's nice to see companies that take care of their employees and care about their customers.

Arbor Pros did a GREAT job!The tree pruning was very professionally done, which is to somewhat be expected, but what was even more impressive is the clean-up! I could hardly tell that they had even be there! They blew off the roof, the driveway, the deck, and even the patio around the pool! And to top it all of, the pile of debris that they put nicely by the road was gone the next day without a trace! Would HIGHLY recommend these guys!

This is how good ArborPro tree service is here in Tallahassee, I had a conjoined tree that is two trees coming from the same trunk they were both about 80 feet high. I called the tree fellow I’ve been using at my home to take this tall tree down from in front of my office in town because the city said it’s a code violation. After he took down one of the two trees joined together he said he can’t do the second one , It’s too dangerous to high but he suggested Arbor Pros Expert Tree Company . In his opinion this other tree company he was suggested Arbor Pros Expert Tree Company So I further used them to take down two separate dead trees both 80 feet high, they cleaned up so well you wouldn’t know that these giant trees were just taken down the day before. So if you want people that are thorough, reasonable in price and have all the right equipment these are the people. They worked hard all Day in 95° weather as well. Thank you everybody at Arbor Pro .No kidding thank you. 👍🏻

Arbor Pros is our to-go tree service and has been for many, many years. Their professional staff is awesome in every respect. They assessed what trees needed to be removed and/or trimmed and took the time to explain the work behind trimming trees without harming them. The team arrived on time and took care not to damage our front and backyard. When they finished, all the debris was completely cleared and removed. These guys seriously did the best job. Best priced out of 5 bids I got too. A solid crew of about 10 guys showed up right on schedule with everything and had 11 trees close to my house vanish in a day. Cleaned up like they were never there. They ground all the stumps and right before they left, they approached me to make sure I was happy with everything and if they missed something by chance to let them know and they would come back out.Job was well orchestrated by the foreman, all debris was hauled off. Pretty incredible. Definitely gonna use them again!

EDIT: Mike from Arbor Pros contacted my husband and myself and came out to inspect the issues we had. He sent us a check for the cost to take down/re-install the fence a few days later. He listened to our concerns and never argued with us or talked down to us. They really made it right. Therefore, I changed my review and would consider using them again.Original review: I would give 3.5 stars if I could. Everyone I talked to and worked with was polite and professional, and the job got done correctly for the most part. They were the highest quote I received for taking down 2 pine beetle-eaten trees in my yard, but their quote was thorough and detailed so I went with them over others. The good: they showed up on time, communicated well, and cleaned EVERYTHING up fast. The bad: They had to remove a portion of our fence, and charged us $150 to remove and put it back up. Fine by us, but they did a very poor job of reassembling the fence. The metal rings that attach the fencing to the poles are very loose and my husband will need to go out and fix it himself. In addition, they used a small Bobcat to pick up the debris from the trees they cut. The pines were tall, but skinny. They dropped all of the limbs on top of our landscaping and used the machine to pick them up. Well in doing this they dug out an ~8 foot section of our landscaping so now there's a gaping hole there. I didn't expect perfection but a little more attention to detail and not ruining such a large portion of our landscaping. No one told me ahead of time those plants, etc. would need to come out for them to complete the job. When they called the next week for a follow up, I detailed the concerns about the fence and the landscaping and the person on the phone (who is very polite and responsive too!) didn't seem to care. I didn't even get an apology. Again, they had the costliest quote we received too. So yes they did pretty decent work but we probably won't hire them again due to the clean up process and the cost.

We would like to share our thoughts about the outstanding work done this past Saturday, April 27, at our residence. Initially Tommy met with us and blew away the competition with his knowledge, professional attitude, and communication skills. The job began not long after we accepted the estimate, which was VERY reasonable and competitive. Cory coordinated the mission, and Craig and his crew arrived early in the morning. They brought all the right equipment, and there were ample team members present to complete the work in a commendable manner. In addition to pruning 5 massive oak trees surrounding our home, they assisted us in removing 5 other trees. We were very much impressed with how all of the team members seemed to be very concerned with the overall health and appearance of our trees and property. I observed throughout the day how motivated the team was, and when they finished, they all put forth a superior effort blowing off our roof, cleaning up the entire area, taking all of the debris with them, and leaving our property looking much better than it was before they arrived. We are extremely satisfied with the work done by Arbor Pros and we highly recommend them.
